Color My World

A couple nights ago after Fashion's Night Out, I prayed to God for guidance in the tumultuous times of the financial market (aka my depleting bank account), and asked for deliverance from temptation (Ann Demuelemeester boots and Rick Owens leather jacket). "All I see (in my closet) is too much black and white, show me a sign that you can lift me out of this conundrum."

Amen.

Last night God answered my prayers through the guise of the Proenza Schouler spring 2010 collection...

This season instead of my natural instinct to look for nudes, greys and blacks, my eyes go to white.
This is probably because my best friend is getting married and I am her bridesmaid.
I am a living walking breathing mecca of resources.
Listen people, YOU WANT ME AS YOUR BRIDESMAID!

Samantha and Patrick Pleet Spring 2010 Film

I worked on this film with my friends this summer.
It was shot in the Catskills over a couple days.
Some of us slept outside in tents, and others in a house with a ghost that likes candy.
